3. “Invalid Member ID” Error
- Ensure you’re using the latest card (old cards may not work)

4. Activation Code Not Working
- Re-enter the code carefully (case-sensitive if applicable)
- Request a new activation code if available
- Check your email/spam folder if the code was sent digitally
5. Account Already Activated
